**For children, dosing is generally based on body weight (roughly 2–3 drops per 10 pounds). Begin with a small amount and adjust as needed.**

Other Ritual & Use

Restlessness & Nervous System Support — For fidgety energy, overstimulation, or difficulty settling, especially in children. Catnip calms by softening tension and inviting the body to unwind.
1–2 droppers (30–60 drops), once or twice daily.

Digestive & Belly Support — For gas, bloating, cramping, or colic. Catnip helps the belly relax and eases discomfort caused by tension or nervous digestion.
1–2 droppers (30–60 drops) before or after meals.

Coughs & Childhood Illness — Traditionally used for children’s coughs and general discomfort during feverish states. Catnip supports relaxation and rest while the body recovers.
1–2 droppers (30–60 drops), 1–3 times daily.

Fevers & Exterior Release — When heat is present, Catnip supports gentle outward movement, helping the body cool and settle more comfortably.
1–2 droppers (30–60 drops) in a small amount of warm water every few hours, as needed.
