An elixir for the dreamers and those navigating the spaces between wake and sleep.
Mugwort and lavender help the body and mind settle into the liminal, supporting sleep, dreams, and deep reflection. Use it when you feel scattered before bed and need support unwinding, letting go, and sinking into sleep.
Essence:
- For those who are tense and can’t let go before bed—lavender eases tension, mugwort sends you deep into the watery resting realms
- Supports a calm, receptive mind for dreamwork and inner exploration
- Calls you back to your center
Other Ritual & Use:
Nervous Belly Support – For bellies that twist or flutter, often tied to nervous tension. Mugwort stirs gentle movement, lavender calms and soothes, helping the belly release tightness.
1-2 droppers (30-60 drops) before or after meals, or once in the morning and once in the afternoon for a more townifying effect.
Menstrual Rhythm – A subtle ally for young women finding flow in their cycle. Mugwort encourages release and body awareness, while lavender softens and grounds.
1-2 droppers (30-60 drops), 2–3 times daily for a few months to support rhythm and awareness
**Adjust doses to your body’s needs. Slow sips, paired with mindful attention and awareness, enhance the subtle effects of this elixir.
