Other Ritual & Use:
At the First Sign of Feeling Unwell – Take Flu Brew at the first signs of a cold or flu, such as a sore throat, body chills, or fatigue. Angelica and yarrow help promote warmth and circulation, while echinacea supports healthy flow in the blood and lymph to keep things moving. Licorice smooths and sweetens easing tension in the tissues guiding the herbs deeper into the body.
-30–60 drops (1–2 droppers) in warm water or tea, 3–5 times daily.
During Fever or Fatigue – Use to support the body’s natural fever response and maintain circulation while resting.
-60–90 drops in hot water every 1–2 hours until fever breaks.
Post-Cold/Flu Recovery – Continue use after symptoms improve to help restore energy and clear lingering stagnation.
-30 drops 2-3 times for a few days after recovery.

For seasonal wellness or mild discomfort: 1–2 droppers (30–60 drops), up to 3 times daily.
During Heightened Seasonal Challenges
For when your body feels under the weather: 1–2 droppers (30–60 drops) every 2–4 hours as needed. Best taken in warm to hot water, optionally stirred with a spoonful of honey.
During Elevated Temperature / Fever
To support the body during a fever: 60–90 drops in warm water with honey every 1–2 hours. Continue as needed while resting and staying hydrated.
