Other Ritual & Use:
Nervous System & Emotional Support – For anxiety, restlessness, or emotional agitation. Lemon balm helps the nervous system settle while keeping the heart light and open.
1–2 droppers (30–60 drops), 2-3 times daily or as needed.
Digestive Support – For gas, bloating, or nervous digestion. Lemon balm’s aromatic qualities help digestion relax and move more comfortably.
1–2 droppers (30–60 drops) before or after meals.
Colds, Flu & Seasonal Support – Lemon balm supports the body’s early immune response and helps release heat once fever has settled in, especially when restlessness, nervous tension, or digestive upset linger.
1–2 droppers (30–60 drops), 2–3 times daily during acute illness. Best in hot water or tea.
